Hello everyone, i really need help on this part of the I-134 form.

I do not make enough money (i do have a job), so my father (who is living in the same house as me and my beneficiary will be living in the same house as well) wants to be our Co-Sponsor. He makes alot of money so im not worried about the meeting the income guidelines.

the part we need help is on part 1 and part 2. i have screenshoted the part and labeled it to make your life easier. I do know that both of us need to fill this form, so what do each of us have to write??? my dad is still married to my mom and she lives with us. so does my dad have to write my mom down as dependent???

thanks

First of all it’s not URGENT. Urgent is like one post about the poster requiring AP to attend father’s funeral.

I reported the post to remove the link. That contains your fiance's personal information (name + DOB). That is an identity theft issue and this is a very public website.

You may want to remove it form imgur.com as well so nobody else can stumble across it.

You fill one out for you and her.  Do you have any income?  Did you file taxes?

Your father fill one out for her and the rest of his household

Did you read the instructions?  Every form has them.

Hi Josh

Yes. Your mothers information would go in part 1 part. Part 2 does not need to be filled out unless there are more dependents other than her? The section about being wholly or partially dependent on me is also in part 1 so you will have the opportunity to check that part off for your mother.

my mom is unemployed and a house wife. so does my dad check "wholly dependent"?

yes, i filed taxes. so does that mean we need THREE forms total?

She is the sponsored immigrant.  The beneficiary.

She does not go in the section asking about other household members.

You are the petitioner, she is the beneficiary, she is not listed again as an additional member of your household.

You fill out one form as her sponsor

Your father fills out one form as the sponsor.

thanks for all of your help you guys!!!😁

Better keep in mind that many consulates don’t accept a joint sponsor for I-134.

Prepare for that.
