I-130 package recv'd by USCIS 7/16/19, receipt date

 

Received Notice by mail 7/19/19 with IOE, from TX Center

Case approved 1/8/2020

Received Notice by mail 7/19/19 with IOE, from TX Center

Case approved 1/8/2020

Congratulations, that's amazing!! I filed just one day before you on the 15th and got my NOA1 on the 18th! I just went to check my status and they DID update my status yesterday, but it just says the same thing as the last update in November:

Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

 

Hopefully they aren't about to send me an RFE! :(  This waiting game is no fun! But I am happy to know that more July people are getting approved! :)

Same here... TSC - PD is July 16... they are working on the case. Fingers crossed. In my case, I have a child application along with mom's.

Let's be positive !  You should get your approval soon, hopefully by next week if not sooner.

You know I was kind of worried when i heard a case filed on the same date as my case was approved on  1/1/20. So i know what you are going thru. Do not be discouraged and do not think the worse; Let's continue the journey. Keep me posted!!!

I saw quite a lot approved in the days after Xmas that were filed same day as ours on July 9th, but cos we got Nebraska we’ve got no hope of any news any time soon.

 

Congrats all of you new approvals that were lucky to get Texas, hopefully Potomac people will be following you soon too.
