I'm a little confused.  What type of visa is this?  You have IR2 on your profile but you posted before about your petition being returned due to the divorce papers and not being free to marry.  You are the petitioner and your children are in Pakistan and you in USA?

The embassy had an issue before with your divorce.  The petition can be returned again if you were not truthful.

This might create issues with legality of divorce again, like, usually neighbors either wouldn’t know you at all or if they know you they would also know about divorce. Who takes care of kids during weekdays?
