I have read posts of several petitioners who got their k1 denied and then refiled with cr1 and actually got faster processing in Nebraska SC. I have the same situation and am hoping the same. Please share your personal experience if anyone has been through similar situation and got approved faster in NSC?

Marrying and filing an I-130, after a denied K-1, has no effect on the speed of the process.......sorry.

You cannot choose which service center your petition is processed at.  Current processing times by center are available on the USCIS website.

Nebraska is slowwww

Cr1 sat there for 10 months and was then sent to Missouri for "faster processing (a big joke)"

10 months is a blessing now at Nebraska 😂
