My husband had his medical exam  two days ago, everything went fine. I was a little worried because I kept hearing how expensive it was gonna be. It was only 250 MAD ($25.88 USD). That's including the physical exam with the doctor, the chest x-ray, vaccinations and blood work. And we spent a total of like $11 on taxis going back and forth from the lab and the radiology place to the exam doctor.

They want the W2s for whatever year's transcript submitted. I submitted W2 for 2018-2015. I know only 3 years are required but at the time I did not have 2018 transcript yet to upload and I was nervous they would have a problem so I did W2 for 2015-2017 and also 2018 and explained the transcript would be available during the interview.

I would send all the documents i have just in case and if you get message again and they rejected your doc then you should re scan document and make sure it’s straight in angle if you need to rotate then rotate too then re submit. I did same thing when they send me this notice that send all documents w2.

damn that creap.

I know right. I was expecting it to be waaaaay more. The Consulate website even states the exam cost 400 MAD (which is still only $40 USD) for adults and 250 for kids and apparently my husband got the kid rate lol.
