Definitely go to your country’s K1 forum and I bet you’ll find it as a sticky there. That’s where I found the list for Canada’s Interview :)

A few post below his request I replied with links to his P3, subforum, embassy website and other links. Thanks.

I'll do the same for but for Canada.

Packet 3: https://ca.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/27/2016/07/Packet3Instructions-K1.pdf  And Packet 4 for reference also: https://ca.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/27/2016/03/Packet4-MTL.pdf

For all things dealing with the US Consulate in Canada head on over to the sub-forum for Canada where they will answer your questions for the processing of your visa from their personal experience. Link:

Birth Certificate and Police Certificate information

Here is some additional information. As was stated in the Canadian sub-forum there is an "emergency order" application in Ontario. You need the birth cert that is CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH REGISTRATION that has the parents name. You don't want the "parental cert" that is a wallet sized one with parents names but no place of birth, doctors who attended birth etc. The parental one is for parents travelling with kids to prove custody in an easy to use/travel with format. Hope this clears up your question. CALL the registrar and tell them you need to do an emergency application otherwise you will be waiting 15+ weeks. Absolutely the long form is a required LIVE document needed at the interview or you'll get rejected.  I hope this info is helpful and best of luck.

In case you're doing the medical in Vancouver: Dr. Cheema requires you to schedule the interview first in order to book the medical.

Fiance is working on the DS-160 and working on her work history.

Her former employer closed the clinic she worked at. She thinks they have other locations. But, does not know the addresses or phone numbers of those other locations. Should she do research to try and find another location or put N/A for the address and phone number of the former employer (since the actual clinic she worked at is no longer open/there)?

Its ok to complete the DS-160 now. You have to wait if your embassy schedules your interview.

I'd love to share the information about CEAC status with you, just in case it can be reference for your case. Background: Beneficiary country is China. I129F was submitted in Feb, NOA2 on May 8.

June 6: Case created. Got the case number by calling 603 334 0700. It said case AT NVC when tracking status on CEAC.

June 13: My fiance(petitioner) received email notification from NVC, saying case will forward to consulate.

June 14 to June 16: Case status changed to READY.

June 17 to June 19: Status changed to Administrative Processing.

Since June 19: The last updated date stopped updating. (an assumption that when it stops updating the date, you'll receive P3 soon.)

June 21: P3 Mail received.

We didn't check status during June 6 to June 14 so I'm not sure if the case changed to In Transit or not.

Someone help me please!! So I tried to fill up my DS160 today and after I uploaded the photo and chose my security question when  I clicked continue they told me SESSION IS OUT ? What that mean ? How can I complete it now

Just try to retrieve your application from the home page; you will have to fill out the first five letters of your surname, your year of birth and the answer to your security questions. I had the same issue the first time, and even after filling out the right information, I could not retrieve my application. If that happens to you as well, just start a new application (that's what I did, and it's working perfect now). I don't know what browser you're using, but I'm using google Chrome to fill out the application.

I'm using Google chrome too . But I didn't even go to the first page to fill it and when I tried to enter my application ID and my name they told me that the name and date of birth doesn't exist  . Should I start a new application? What about my old application ID ? @Greenbaum can you give me some advice

I had the same issue when I filled out my first application. I just started a completely new one, so I got a new application ID and everything, and after that, the new application worked fine.

Additional information can be found here:

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.

Thanks for the links. They were all very helpful. Much appreciated.
