  1. Interviewed on July 29 and got approved. Thanks for everyone here. And appreciated @Greenbaum useful information!
  2. Not really. I just got my police certificate from a small town. Not technically a 'rural' area since mine is a 'urban' based hukou register, but I do come from a small small town. You can ask your fiancee contact the local notary office first, check online get the number to call. If there is no local notary office in her born place, contact the upper level. Check first what documents they do really need. This is what I did. No bribe at all.
  3. Unable to pay currently. I tried to pay through ustravel but there is a mandatory field Priority Date that I didn't find anywhere, so in my case, I have to wait for the next step from consulate. Maybe difference lies in different countries. You can ask your fiance try if it works in your country. Good luck!

    CEAC status before P3

I'd love to share the information about CEAC status with you, just in case it can be reference for your case. Background: Beneficiary country is China. I129F was submitted in Feb, NOA2 on May 8. June 6: Case created. Got the case number by calling 603 334 0700. It said case AT NVC when tracking status on CEAC. June 13: My fiance(petitioner) received email notification from NVC, saying case will forward to consulate. June 14 to June 16: Case status changed to READY. June 17 to June 19: Status changed to Administrative Processing. Since June 19: The last updated date stopped updating. (an assumption that when it stops updating the date, you'll receive P3 soon.) June 21: P3 Mail received. We didn't check status during June 6 to June 14 so I'm not sure if the case changed to In Transit or not.

  6. Hi All, I got NOA2 on May 8, case created in NVC on June 6. Now waiting for P3. My case showed AT NVC on June 6, changed to READY on June 14, later updated to AP from June 17. 1. When it changed to READY on June 14, does it mean it receives our electronic version at embassy? 2. Can anyone advise when you receive P3 after status change? I know cases vary though...Thank you!
  7. Appreciate that! I have taken down notes lol, not that stage for visa issuance though. Still waiting for the package 3, the status AT NVC on June 6, READY on June 14(assume that the e-version arrived at embassy), later changed to AP from June 17.
  8. Thanks for your information in the topics! Help me a lot.
  9. Mine was At NVC on June 6, and updated to READY on June 14, later changed to Administrative Processing since June 17. Someone says when it changes to AP, I’ll receive P3 soon. Not sure if it’s true. Still positively wait for the status updates.
  10. I guess I know where @AliJose is...Have highlighted the invoice ID she mentioned in below... @AliJosePlease go to https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and enter your case number to check your status. @Greenbaum has detailed the steps in his snapshot. :-)
