Mine was like this :

 

similar applicant(roc)

after 60 days of finger prints finished and case process began his was sent to las vegas on dec 16 th

he got interview date for jan 10th

so 60 + 16 : 76 days after finger prints back ground check is done for an interview 

 

and we all know after interview its about a month go get that 10yrs gc right?  

Interesting! Thank you! I'll check it out....I know the local office near me has pretty fast processing for N-400's, hoping that means they are speedy about ROC as well.

I wonder if maybe all the ones going to MSC and getting interviews super quick are because they are low fraud and easy cases?  All seem to be cr-1 so far.

That's an interesting theory. Our case has its unusual elements which might be seen as red flags. Overall, I'm not worried. We have a bunch of other strong elements to our story that counter the red flags that happened way in the past. I'm not sure if CR-1's are considered lower fraud on average than K-1's, but they might be.

Hey did you check your local office status on interview waiting list ? How does it look like? 

 

And yes It is an interesting theory. Id love to be true and cases fly faster.lol

I haven't had time as I'm in the middle of moving house to a new place...will do soon though!

so I read this thread carefully and my understanding is MSC is way fast. 

 

And they don't count embassy interview as one of their own to waive the interview based on new memorandum?  

 

I hope we all get our roc before n400.

 

 

I also get the same updates as yours on same day. But I got the letter from them saying they are able to use my previous capture biometrics. Not sure if anyone else got the same letter before.

Yes, I am on CR1, I think that's why our case starts with MSC. My local office is NY,  I guess our next update would be approved or interview?

I thought originally the reason we were redirected against all normal centers is others so backlogged some of them even don't accept  new cases anymore, but hey .... finger crossed. 

 

Well For all I know MSC is hell of a lot faster than all other four, so Im assuming in about two or three month its either gonna get approved or transferred to our local uscis offices for interview. 

There is 3rd option though. More evidence . RFE. 

 

Lets hope we get approved with no more hassle , Ive seen case with total 6 month from filing date get their 10 yrs GC. Cheers to that

Got the biometrics letter in the mail. Appointment for 4/30.

John , I got mine updated and finished (bio check) in 5 days. Normally its fast, try and check your online status. Lets us know.

Thank you vitran i just check and it says your finger print review is now complete we will let you know next once we make on decision is that will be either approval or interview eitherway i'am cool i just need to be fast

Question to any one has status say ready to schedule for interview... Did you receive letter in mail with that information? And does this stauts means your file transfer to your local office.. and if so they usually send letter about that..
