Received NOA1 in the mail yesterday. 10 days after package received. Not sure if I'll have to do biometrics or not, the notice said if they require it, they will send me separate notice, so we'll see.

It's cutting it close but you should be okay. Most people are getting the notifications a couple of days after delivery. Mine was delivered on a Friday and I got the confirmation text the following Wednesday, 5 days later (I'm assuming it was that long because of the weekend).

If it was delivered 5 days before the window opens, then it might be sent back to you. They can only accept it once the 90 day window officially opens as far as I understand.

Fingers crossed 🤞. I didn't know when to send and found out after I came back to this place. Hopefully they accept it.

I hope not. The window opened on April 27th on Saturday. My package was delivered on Monday April 22nd. So far we haven't received any communication from them. I'm getting worried now 😓

Oh, I totally misunderstood. I thought it was 5 days before the 90 day window closed. I didn't realise it was before it opened. Yeah, unfortunately they may send it back. As far as i understand, they are pretty strict with that.

Not to worry, if they do send it back all you'll have to do is resend it. You'll just have to pay again for shipping but it's better to have it sent back because you're too early than too late.

That's way too early, they will without a doubt return the package to you. All you need to do is refile it.

My package got delivered on April 12th , one day before 90 day window kickoff. It’s already been past 3 weeks, no NOA/ email/text, or atleast returned package. I am still waiting on what happened to my package. Every one( who filed correctly) getting NOA confirmation in a week or so.
