You will get yours very soon.  I think mine was only processed as quick because I have a hard date that my husband needs to be here by and they are working with me since the Embassy does not have the ability to process it direct.

We did a expedition request in the USCIS stage. When did you do yours. Also, how did you find out that the Embassy didn't want to do it?

So I expedited on July 26th supporting docs sent to USCIS ON August 7th approved August 21st.  Expedite sent to USCIS August 21st.  Response from NVC on October 1st.

The email from NVC stated that the embassy couldn’t or wouldn’t do it and that they will help me along the process.

Body of email received:

Thank you for your patience. We sent your request to the U.S. Embassy in Jamaica. However, they cannot expedite this case. To be fair to all applicants, the Department of State schedules immigrant visa interviews in the order that the cases complete processing at the NVC.

We will continue to work with you on this case. After we receive the required fees and review the documents, we will schedule a visa interview appointment.”

I felt immediately defeated when I saw this email but then a few hours later my husband and I received an email with the case number and went from there.

Quick question, how do you know if USCIS has already sent your papers to NVC

Check you status on the case tracker app or theu the USCIS website. Check my signature for how long each steps has been taking to get a general picture of how long it would take. If you haven’t seen an update i would recommend calling USCIS. Good luck!

With that said they will not accept that current form if its not post dated/stamped 10/14. What documents do they require? What are you gathering?

AOS Documents
They are going to want the I-864(Regular, Ez, etc whatever you use for your case)
Tax Transcripts Uploaded Individually

They are going to want the same from any sponsors.

(Additional AOS Documents May include)
Petitioner's Birth Certificate

Petitioner's Marriage Certificate
Petitioner's Divorce Certificate if you have any prior marriages.

Civil Documents

Beneficiary Birth Certificate
Beneficiary Marriage Certificate
Beneficiary Divorce Certificate (If it applies)
Beneficiary 2x2 Photograph
Beneficiary Biographic Page (Make sure it's right side up if you have to tilt your head you scanned it wrong)
Beneficiary Police Clearance

Additional Documents may be required.
As an example my wife needed her J-1 Documentation showing that she can immigrate and doesn't have any obligations left. Luckily she didn't have anything that stopped her.
J-1 Documentation is basically a scan of the J-1 Visa in the passport.

Each side has optional documents you can upload. If you want to put supporting evidence. like in my AOS documents I included my W-2s to show some income separation from my previous marriage in 2016 since I filed Jointly. I also included a employment verification letter.

I felt confident is just providing what was needed and a little more on the proof of income. If they need anything else they can ask my wife when she gets there and we will deal with any requests (I doubt we will) Supposedly some people front load here but I felt that it would have delayed the NVC stage longer so I opted out from loading it up with relationship extras. I assume that all that documentation that I sent in USCIS would be forwarded to the Embassy of course my wife has the original and copies of our photos and receipts of our travels

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

If im understanding you correctly , Are you saying we need to upload each year of the tax transcripts into separate files? I combined all 3 years of my tax transcripts into one pdf file and i noted that the file contains transcripts for 2016 thru 2018.
