My fiance's visa is ready! We're so excited! However, we can't figure out the website to schedule the pick-up, it won't give us any option to schedule an appointment. The email instructions they sent us aren't correct, the option they say we should have, we don't have. And of course we are struggling to get through to a person on the phone to help us. Can anyone walk us through how to make this appointment! What a frustrating last step! Help!!!

I don’t understand, you got an email from the CASV or did you see the change of status in the DHS website?

Maybe try asking in the Brazil portal? Good luck!

Go on the same website where you scheduled the interview (green page - immigrant) and log in. You’ll be able to schedule the pickup there.

The link on the email is in fact incorrect, it directs you to the nonimmigrant page (blue).

Thanks all! I was having a mini-meltdown! For some reason the link/website wasn't allowing us to schedule an appointment. We received the email saying to do it and everything. We tried calling their help desk and it was either busy or would disconnect us. Eventually we just gave up and my fiancé went their for assistance. After waiting about 40 minutes they gave him his visa/passport. We're not sure if they realized the website wasn't working or just had pity on us, but we thankfully have it now!!!

May I ask you when your fiancé had his interview? We had our interview  in Rio on 12/02 and she elected to pick up her visa in Recife. Our status was updated to "Issued" on 19/02, but we haven't received the email and we are very anxious ….. Very anxious :)

I totally understand that feeling! You should receive it any day! We interviewed in November, but had to obtain an additional document which we submitted in February. Our status changed to issued on 14/02. My fiancé elected to pick it up in Belo and he received an email on 22/02 that he could schedule an appointment to pick it up. Between the time of it being issued and being told we could pick it up, we heard nothing. Hope you hear something soon!
