Ours was issued the following Monday (and was on case received through to Friday). Is it on immigrant or non-immigrant AP? (Non is the step before issued).

Oh ok! It says non-immigrant above AP.

Has anyone tracking for the visa had expected delivery Friday? I'm still waiting for it to be delivered to the post office and hoping it isn't delayed until Tuesday :(

I have a question about my documents for my k1 interview. Has anyone used a letter of intent or i-134 that didn't have a wet signature and still got approved? I have read mixed info about wet signatures.

I-134 is fine.  It would be  better to have the letter of intent original but a scanned and printed photocopy generally works.

If the petitioner has been divorced before make sure to have that original divorce decree.

Thank you so much! I was stressed out, because my finance forgot to send them with other documents and I leave for Montreal on Wednesday, so he just put his signature and scanned them to me.

Did anyone happen to get a request for a form DS-5535? My fiancé had his interview this morning, and was told that he was approved. Then later today got an email with a request for that form. Any help is appreciated. I have been trying to go through the forums trying to get more info...

he got a pink pink slip stating he was approved.

That's quite stressful. Was he born in Canada? I've noticed a trend of people getting these forms if they weren't born in Canada or if they've visited countries that might be on the travel ban list.

Yes, born in Canada. And he has never been outside of Canada/USA.

I guess we'll never really know why they do what they do behind closed doors. The best you can do is fill it out and send it over ASAP and hope for a really fast response. The few people that have gotten this form out of Montreal have gotten their Visas approved within a few months. Good luck!
