I’m currently thinking to applying for us citizenship. I’m married to the same us citizen and I’m in the USA for more than 6 years. So should I apply under 5 years residency or 3 years residency with the same us spouse???

any advice will be appreciated.

Go with the 5 years unless there's a break in continuous residence or physical presence that would be an issue for the 5 year rule but not 3 year rule.

No there is no break in continues reasidency

No because why would you do it the hard way under the 3 years rule when you can do it the easier way under the 5 years rule.  Generally, people take the easier route rather than the harder route when given a choice.

No. The decision to take citizenship or not is entirely personal. You are free to stay a GC holder, if you wish. You are free to choose citizenship, if you wish.
