Hi everyone, saw this type of thread for Nebraska and thought I'd make one for Texas so we can get a better idea of which month of filers is currently being approved! Please state your timelines below. Good luck!

My timeline:

Filed: 10th August 2018

NOA1: 16th August 2018

NOA2: Pending

My current timeline:

We sent our i-130 package to the Phoenix Lockbox facility on the 28th of November, 2018. We received our NOA the 5th of December (technically), via letter. We signed up for electronic notification but they did not contact us through electronic communications. It seems to be a trend with December filers in the Texas service center, so I'm not sure what's going on there.

Anyways, happy to have this opportunity, and can't wait to see how quickly our NOA2 can come :)

Our timeline:

Filed: September 18th 2018

NOA1 (letter): October 4th 2018

PD: September 20th 2018

And waiting on NOA2 :)

I'm hoping things will speed up and we'll hear something in March, although my timeline says we won't hear until sometime in April.

Almost every day there are new June filers getting approved on VJ now! That means Texas is well and truly working into June 2018. Can't wait till July filers start getting approved 😁

They work in June but many may filers like me still waiting for noa2. May 25 filer and no approval or RFE yet.

Yours will come soon hopefully! It's just different workers working at different speeds. Fingers crossed!

I saw a July approval on facebook the other day. Every new month that they start approving makes me more excited!
