Hi again everyone. I just want to update my case too.  I didn't have the g-1145e for notifications so I called USCIS today to ask if they received my case and if I have my case number. I waited kinda long for the rep but the person I talked to was very helpful. I just gave my a# and my name, bday and country of birth, then he gave me my case number. I have EAC, I sent my packet to Dallas lockbox. So here's my ROC time line now.

I-175 packet sent from USPS  January 28, 2018

Case Received February 1, 2019

ROC Timeline:

01/28/2018 - Sent I-175 Packet to Dallas Lockbox

02/01/2019 - Case was received

Not yet. My GC expires in April, so I am not within the 30 day window yet. Hopefully Nebraska gets things moving before that and I get my receipt notice!

Now bring to the bigger problem. I just glanced at the availability for Infopass appointment and there is no available at all in the next 14 days. I've been checking for appointments for a few time and I don't think there is one available at all.

Based on the other experiences I have read on this forum, you might want to try just after midnight to check for new appointment availability. Also, for some field offices, Infopass cannot be scheduled online anymore and must be requested via phone (New USCIS Pilot Program)

Hi, just wanted to give you a quick update!

i have the same issue and I called them yesterday for other reason and I brought up to their attention this problem. I have been transferred to a tier 2 officer and I have been told that the old website will be shut down soon and to use the new website. So if it doesn’t work on the old one, no worries. Hope it helps!

Thank you for sharing this update.

Let me try it again in the next few day, worst case yet then I'll do a walk-in. Thanks again. Best of luck.

Try calling USCIS and making an appointment that way?

Or maybe checking another office that is reasonably close by (depending if that’s feasible where you live).

BTW, in my case status shown on myuscis website, it says "On February 1, 2019, we received your Form I-751, Petition to remove conditions on residence, receipt number EAC, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how will we process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you don't receive your receipt notice by March 3,contact USCIS. "

What usually is in the receipt notice? Is this good or bad? I read some of your message that their case said in the beginning, like" you don't need to do anything at this time."

What could be the difference?

The receipt notice is usually the NOA with letter of extension. That is great news! Good luck!

I got the same online notice since 08Jan and still no NOA today. People filing late Jan at VSC already got their notices. I have called for a service request. Maybe we filed during the government shutdown and something somewhere didn't get done. who knows. Bringing unnecessary stress for nothing!

Called USCIS today as the greencard is expiring on 2/28 and I need NOA for renewing driver's license.

They responded that I need to call after 2/11(package received on 1/11) and they could not give me information whether notice was mailed or not.

No walkins or infopass can be scheduled for Atlanta online. So i will have to wait.

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically.

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn

by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled, but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced
