No, I am asking you to answer a direct question with a direct answer.

I have asked the question evidence of a crime numerous times and have yet to get an answer. Which suggests to me there isn't an answer.

What crime or impeachable offense did Trump allegedly commit and what evidence do you have to support your accusation? Direct enough for you?

Crime and impeachable offense are two things.

Impeachment is  political process, not criminal.  The Democratic led Congress will not vote for impeachment unless they have the votes for a trial in the Senate.

So in my opinion, the current incompetence displayed by the President is enough for impeachment. Do I need to catalog those reasons? If you think he is suited to the office and I disagree what is the point?

Crimes the President has committed:

Here is one: Michael Cohen confession and tapes , his subsequent public  interviews with the AMI plea reveal a criminal (felony) violation of the campaign finance laws that was directed, funded and on behalf of Donald Trump the candidate.

In my opinion, the special prosecutor will bring more proof.

As to the crimes, there are a lot of noted legal scholars and former FEC commissioners hat have opined it is not a crime, or at least a crime that any reasonable prosecutor would pursue.  In the John Edwards case it seemed even more clear cut, and it was a failure from the prosecutorial standpoint.  My understanding is that the AMI thing happened in 2014 prior to any declaration by President Trump that he was even running, so that would be a tough one.  It really seems that they gave this option to Cohen which allowed him to avoid a lot more jail time due to his taxi medallions business and tax evasion and of course lying to the FBI, but if they actually went to trial with the campaign finance issue only, it would be a tough sell.  Of course the biased media is only focusing on that aspect of Cohen’s plea, I wonder why.

As to impeachment, if it is only the campaign finance issue, and they move forward, it will show their absolute hypocrisy when I believe President Obama was only fined for breaking campaign finance rules.  I do disagree that the Democrats in the House will only move forward if the Senate was poised to convict.  I can see the House providing a little payback from the Bill Clinton era regardless of the Senate.

In my opinion all attorneys are crooks. So if you need any sort of legal representation whatsoever you have no choice but to deal with a crook.

So all you have to go on is the testimony of a confessed liar who is trying to save his own rear end and "The special prosecutor will bring more proof"?

Indeed. The statement is opinion so not really meaningful in anyway,  but it does portray a broad demographic in a negative manner.

My lawyer is actually pretty cool. Whenever I email her I get a free basic answer on the options I have, then she'll tell if she thinks it's something worth paying for or not to have her handle. I know what she charges per hour and she tells me how many hours it of work it will be. "Crooks" don't usually work that way.

I guarantee you any attorney who wants to keep their bar card and a profitable practice will have no second thoughts about throwing their client under the bus to avoid annoying a judge they appear before on a regular basis. That is why I say they are all crooks. There probably are very rare exceptions but they are few and far between. Sadly you don't win in our legal system if you have the facts and law on your side. You win if you have the politics on your side.

I am not so jaded, some are good, some are bad, some are neither good or bad, probably in proportion to society in general.

So Michael Cohen lied so he would go to prison? What about the tape where we hear the President directing the payments to these women?
