Some embassies allow it while others do not. What embassy is this for?

Not sure if Baghdad allows the USC to attend a K1 interview, but assuming they do, I would just send them an email requesting access.  I don’t think there is a formal request.

Good Luck!

As @payxibka stated, it should be the USC.  At this stage, the beneficiary is the petitioner as it is they that submit the DS160 to the consulate for the visa application.

The original petition beneficiary is now the principle applicant.   The original petitioner is a very interested third party bystander.   :)

Petitioner = USC.

Beneficiary = Visa Applicant, once at the embassy phase    (Beneficiary does NOT petition the embassy for a visa .. they complete an application)

I'm K1 visa beneficiary from indonesia. I simply sent the embassy an email letting them know that my USC fiance was coming with me for the interview and I asked them to let him enter the embassy. I went there with him and we were both interviewed and our visa is approved. Now we're waiting for my passport with my K1 visa on it. My experience is only applied on US embassy in Jakarta. You better check with US embassy in Baghdad. I think it doesn't matter who send the email. Petitioner and beneficiary can do that. Good luck!

I (the USC) went to my husband's interview at the embassy in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Just showed up and went in with him, no request necessary. But this varies embassy to embassy, so check out the details of yours specifically.
