No mail or email. I checked this morning on my USCIS and the status had changed to approved. I'm guessing the physical letter will be here today or tomorrow

We got approved on the 19th June... hubby hasn't checked the mail and notice was there. It's not updated online. Sorry if we've 'jumped the queue', I hope everyone gets a notice this week! I know my sanity is wearing thin parenting our 2 toddlers on my own!

Congrats! Don’t be sorry, it’s not your fault to be approved earlier than others😀 Hubby did not check the mail?... Gosh, not only do I run to the mail box first thing I come from work, the first thing I do every morning is to check my phone and email for messages from USCIS, then online status, then VJ... Though lately VJ brings anything but hope. More and more December cases getting approved, leaving us more and more behind😔

In fact, the longer is the silence from USCIS, the more fearful I become. It’s NOT a good sign, I am sure. Our petition is under scrutiny I think, they found some red flags in it, I think, and digging further...and if I am getting a RFE, I’d consider myself lucky that it’s not a blunt rejection🤐

Pls I need to clear this from my mind. Please I need advise and I don’t know if that is why USCIS has not approve me.. So I got my Divorce Decree on the 26 of sept and got marry on the 27 of same month of September( a day after my divorce came through I marry my present husband) my fear is this, will the USCIS feel is too close and denial me or it does not matter as long as I already have my divorce? Pls any respond we be very appreciate. Thank you

You will be fine, don’t worry.

you will be approved soon.

our case is worse, we did not mention ALL the children of beneficiary. We thought only minors (less that 18y.o) should be included. Now someone on VJ said it is not so😔

now I am sure it is the reason why we are stuck, while more and more petitions with a later PD are getting approved 😪

Your processing center is Nebraska. They are VERY slow. The USCIS website shows that there is a 10-13 month wait. Most of the people I have seen, who have Nebraska, usually have been over 11 months of waiting before approval. You have nothing to worry about, just try and be patient and wait for your NOA2. I know its much easier said than done. :( Good luck.
