I have a Question: my most recent I-94 doesn't show my most recent entry. The Entry & Departure History shows it (and I have the Parole Stamps). What do I need to do? my interview is in a week+.

Thank you!

Did you not submit the I94 with your i485, i765 and i131? You should have got that fixed through CBP before you applied for AOS.

Oh no! All on my I-94 was correct when I submitted my AOS. I had EAD/AP for the last year, and traveled with AP twice. The second time to Mexico, but technically Mexico doesn't count towards leaving the country even though you have to go through Immigration when coming back - I assume that is why my current I-94 only shows my first travel on AP? Anyone got any insight? This is for my interview next week, everything in my AOS papers sent was correct.

11/25/2017 - AOS Papers Sent

11/27/2017 - Package delivered by FedEx

12/07/2017 - NOA1's received in the mail

12/15/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/27/2017

12/22/2017 - Biometrics done I-485 & I-765 via Walk-In Brooklyn (done in under 15 Minutes)

02/14/2018 - Service Request to expedite my EAD put in via Hotline plus contacted my Congressman for help

03/13/2018 - EAD & AP approval Letters in the mail (106 days since filing)

03/15/2018 - EAD/AP Card in the mail <3

Call CBP and have it corrected. It's an easy fix.

The queue is long and the progress is slow:

I'm not speaking specifically about I-485 but more I-765/I-131 (combo). BUT hoping others of my fellow filing month get good news soon about I-485 or I-765/I-131 super soon :)

Hopefully, this graph is correct.  It seems to show the processing time is decreasing..........a little.

Going to Mexico DOES count as leaving the country.

If you entered as a K1 visa holder, you just need the I-94 info regarding THAT entry, and the interview will focus on proving a bona fide marriage, so your travel records are useful just if they prove you traveled along with your spouse and you don't have other evidence, such as hotel bookings with both names, boarding passes and passport stamps.

Yes that's correct. EAD/AP is horrendous at the moment - (5-7 months) for processing. Some have to wait longer than 7 months to get something, for why I don't know. I got mine in around 139 days but really rooting for others as they've suffered long enough. I've upmost respect for those going and waiting above the worst times historically to successfully even obtain the combo! These are not the best nor ideal times in comparison times in the past!
