Get a calendar.  Starting with 2-25-19, count back 90 days.  That's the FIRST day you can apply.

My go expires February 2019 and I am sending my ROC package in next couple of days and I am attaching telephone bills,credit card statements,joint bank saving,checking account since February 2017 to November 2018 Are they going to be enough or need to go beyond February 2017

Evidence of the Relationship

Submit copies of documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered

in “good faith” and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws. Submit copies of as many documents

as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to

the present date, and to demonstrate any circumstances surrounding the end of the relationship, if it has ended. The

documents should include, but are not limited to, the following examples:

 

You will need to submit your evidence from the date of your marriage forward to the date of your submission.  Many people get RFEs because they don't read or understand these instructions.

Thanks but I don’t know why USCIS officer told me on AOS interview that next time when we send my ROC package he would like to see new evidence new evidence does not include evidence submitted already and evidence since start of marriage

I am about write check for i751 but one confusion is that there is space on left side of my bank check which is known as “For” what should I write there should I write “i751 and biometric fee” but my friend is saying me write your alien number in that space known as “For”

There is no need to put your alien number. I would usually put the name of the application I'm filing, for example I-751, in the memo section.

I have never heard of that and I do not suggest doing that.
