that. you can take all your paystubs for the year as well, and employment letter. that said, many companies can give you your w2 sooner if you ask.

Read the instructions for form I-134 and read your embassy specific instructions. I personally submitted my most recent IRS tax transcripts, my most recent W-2, most recent pay stubs and most recent bank statements. I also included an employment letter from my employer.

Here is a link to an instruction document on how to fill out the I-134.

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-134instr.pdf?download=1

It lists out exactly what documents need to be provided in the section titled "Supporting Evidence"

A tax return is not required unless you are self employed.

Of course, it doesn't hurt to provide more than what is required but it's a little misleading and can be stressful/nerve-wracking for applicants if they go in with the impression that they are required to have all these documents when in reality they actually don't (multiple years of tax returns, W-2, pay stubs, etc.)

I personally, provided extra information that wasn't necessary just in case as most of that extra info was easily accessible for me.

It's all up to you on what you think is sufficient. If you do decide to include additional items I would limit them to the latest available year. For a tax return, one year is good enough. For pay stubs, I'd say the latest 4 or 5 is fine.

I have not been able to find much on AD for the interview preparations, but here is what I have https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-AE/niv. You should go to your sub-forum website here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/ and here is a recent thread for some who are processing a K-1 and their recent experience (see below).
