Anyone received an updated I-797 receipt notice w/18 month extension?

I'm just wondering if anyone who's case was still pending on June 11 has received the updated form I-797 receipt notice with the 18 month extension.  I read through this forum a couple of times per week, but haven't seen anyone mention receiving one.  My wife filed through CSC in June 2017 but there has been no action on her case since the March 4th mix-up, and no updated letter.

We got the letter today.  We do not have an attorney, filed the i751 on our own, and never sent any g-28 form with our package.

The body of the letter starts out with "We have mailed an official notice about this case... to the mailing preferences you chose on Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney. This is a courtesy copy, not the official notice."

Do all letters have the same wording?  On plain white paper (unlike the original notices last year on heavier stock color paper)?

Could anyone confirm whether all 18 month letters are worded "This is a courtesy copy, not the official notice." near the top?

Ours is the same as the 12 month notice, including the letterhead.

Don’t worry about the plain paper- many people are receiving that one.

We are an August 2017 filer w VSC and received extension letter Saturday the 11th on the “original” thick paper w watermark.

Congratulations everyone one for finally receiving this and not having to worry about finding an appointment for the stamp. They are definitely dishing out these letters now!

Oh we're not overly worried, but do find the 'original' thick paper vs the plain paper versions to be odd. As someone noted in another thread, there is the possibility of an inexperienced airline/check-in employee believing the plain paper version to be counterfeit and delay/deny a boarding pass.

Wonder how USCIS (incorrectly) determined that those receiving the plain paper version are using attorneys.
