Hello Friends,

I am US Citizen. I want to file Green Card for my Parents. So, what is the process and how long will it take ?

Also, my parents are in India currently. So, filling for them while they are in India or once they come to USA on Visitor visa , which one is better and faster?

Lastly, I would like to know form numbers needs to fill out for the process and how much is the filling fees.

Thank you in advance!!

Coming on a tourist visa and adjusting status is fraud. You'll have to apply for I-130 for both parents with separate fees.

Check out this guide here for help: http://www.visajourney.com/content/immigration-parents/

ILLEGAL!!!! File the right way like everyone else. Go on USCIS website and read about it then come back here with specific questions.

hi

as stated, if they have a tourist visa, they can visit during the process but never overstay

you will file an i130 for each of them and the process will take over a year

The bold above is visa fraud! They cannot enter on a tourist visa with the intent to adjust status.

You can petition them by filing i-130s and once the processing is complete, they interview for an IR5 visa in Mumbai.

As everyone stated, it is a Visa fraud to get someone here on a tourist visa and then apply for their green card. I truly hope you will not do that and make tourist visa difficult for other people's family who just want to visit for sometime.
