I don't wanna get too excited til I get the interview notice but that would seriously be amazing. We got caught in some bad delays at USCIS California Service Center and NVC for the K1 so it would be a huge relief for something to be quicker than expected for once!

I think that's a wise approach. I see you got caught in that dreadful NVC wait over the holidays... whatever that was about.

 

Still, I'm hoping this means interview soon for you! It wouldn't be strange if we have about two, maybe three people among the June filers with interviews scheduled very soon, it would just be in line with the over all statistics.

Hey, Just wanted to let you know that I checked my account this morning and they cashed my checks! I haven't received an electronic alert yet, but at least some type of update since they received everything, 16 days later!

Thank you for letting me know, I've checked & they haven't for us yet ... Hopefully next week !

You should have gotten the NOA 1 first. If you dont get it soon I would call them. Congrats on the Biometrics appointment letter. We just received ours today as well.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! Was starting to worry that I'd sent to the wrong place etc. Mine got there at 2:30 on the 28th June so I'll be watching out for you guys!

use informed delivery from USPS, that way you never miss your mail

My hubby did his biometrics last Wednesday! Everything went well. Just hoping he can get his social and EAD soon. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

 

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.
