could you send me the url? it seems that paris (PRS) is not pivot then... :(

Hey Anna Rock, I'm from France too, waiting for my case number. NVC received our application on the 26th of April. I think that Paris is PIVOT, when I see all the other countries being PIVOT. So I guess we will find out soon. Good luck!

Perfect, thank you. My lawyer said 60 to 90 days with an interview in September. I'm hoping, which I'm sure it is not likely, for a July interview. More than likely I'm sure it will be August.

Although CC may be quick, interview scheduling depends on your embassy. If it is busy like CDJ then likely later.

By the data I've seen online, the Bogota embassy isn't too busy with most getting the interview the next month after CC (between 30-45 days after CC).

Well I hope its gonna be good news. Let us know how it goes. We were planning on September but there was a hiccup with our original joint sponsor, and had to find a different one. So my hubby decided to extend his contract til December.  You're absolutely right, better not plan until we get the visa in hand. :D We can only hope. lol.

Hi!

So turns out everybody was right here on VJ, called NVC today and they confirmed that it is a CC. Hurray!!! It took them 8 days (6 working days) only, which was like TOTALLY unbelievable for me after 14 months of waiting.. They said everything was in order, ready for scheduling the interview, which they do at the end of each month. 🍾

Hi everybody! :) I got my case shifted to Dhaka embassy as I moved permanently.. I left Dubai on 21 Jan and did  get my police certificate along with me but that's only valid for 3 months. Will that be okay for NVC?  We just paid both AOS & IV fee and have to fill d260form then sort docs to be sent to NVC for review

I'm just wondering if I also need to get a PCC from Bangladesh for NVC?  I'm a Bangladeshi citizen and only visited Bd earlier for vacations only.. I will certainly take one for my interview in future but I want to know if it's advisable to get one for NVC too??  Please guide me!

Our case status changed to "at nvc" as well on the 23rd :) but the operator was busy just now, so we haven't confirmed it.

Hope for good news for everyone here, pivot and non-pivot alike :P

How long since your CC? Usually we'll get instruction email a week after cc? From what I've seen in the spreadsheet.
