@Cougarfalcon83 - there was a data entry delay at WAC, and your receipt date (not date file) will be the one associated with the 3rd, 4th, 5th digit on your receipt number.  I follow USCIS news and remember this delay well.  This means that you are most likely correct that I-751 receipt numbers will skip the range when no data was entered during the period data entry was delayed at CSC.

N-400 Application Timeline :

Application sent via mail - April 15th  (Field office Dallas, TX)

NOA Receipt date - April 17th

Biometrics receipt - April 22th (appointment scheduled for May 14th)

Biometrics completed - May 7th (Early Walk-in)

Biometrics completed - May 7th (Early Walk-in)

Interview scheduled notification - November 12th (via email - waiting to receive letter in mail for actual Interview date)

Interview completed & Case approved - November 17th

 

Naturalization Ceremony (in January 2020 - waiting on notice)

Why does everyone have receipt number starting with WAC? Mine starts with EAC......is that weird? Should I be worried, I did not receive any message about case transfer whatsoever

Because of all the activity I decided to re-run my case range that I mentioned earlier and I saw an approval. So someone from April was approved today!

Nothing to worry about. Depending on where you live your case is either at the WAC (Western Adjudication Center) or EAC (Eastern Adjudication Center).

Just put yr care number in the case  tracker and run 20 in search and u will see card was mail ..

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. I get it from the case tracker app. On the search icon I entered WAC1813550001 and requested a search up to 500 cases from that. The I filtered to view only I-751s. That left maybe 50 or 60 cases. Of those, about half were transferred on 2/22/19 and one was approved today. I used that range because that's the range of my case number and my NOA1 is dated 4/6/18.
