You will not have any an issue. I had a lot of international travels since with the extension letter. Just always bring the original and ur expired greencard.

Hi @sharin Did you get Biometrics? Also when I log in to USCIS case status - my status says on June 1 they emailed me the receipt.. even tho I filed in April 20.  Wondering ... are we April filers or June Filers?

Based on the date of the receipt, that is your date of filling status, not the day they received nor the day that you send your application. You are now considered June filer.

There are tons of people who filed with me in April and May, who did not get receipts till June because of the snafu last year.

nope! and i have traveled a LOT!!! over 10 times. different countries, different airlines, and while its annoying to not be able to go through the machines back in JFK, but the max i had to do was show the officer the line with the expiration date (it was the second line :) )

good luck and don't sweat!!

It is the receipt date on your NOA that matters, not what the website says.

But logically, if everyone who filed around the same time you did and all got a supposedly delayed NOA, it would just mean that no one get ahead of you.

Got so excited this morning.  The "USCIS" email.

:(

"We are still reviewing your case at this time and there are no updates at this time"

I won't say many honestly - because list is quite long and only couple from Jan, Feb getting approval. I seen only one approval from March so far.

Anyways, this has given hope to lot of us and I plan to hold my N-400 (Application for Naturalization) plan atleast until May/June 2019 - don't want to stop running train when it is about to reach destination.

There's way more than a couple for Jan and Feb now and 4 or 5 for March. All months are falling behind on updating their charts, and you can find them all if you search through the threads. Some people aren't doing a big shabang of "look at me" and just saying "Hey checked the mail and got approval notice" lol.

Overall, it's still a 12-14 month out from NOA date process. The March ones done in Feb is mostly just luck.

I received a letter from USCIC, was hoping it’s the bio metric letter. But it’s a refund for my second application. I didn’t call them to ask for refund. I checked online, now instead of two active cases, now it’s just one case. Less confusion. So for those who submitted a second application, you should get a refund.

And I guess this also means that they are starting to touch our applications, otherwise I wouldn’t have got a refund, right? At least I just glad that things are starting to move. And I have an extra $680 to spend;)
