My father & Mother is a B2 Mulitple Visa Holder last year, they plan to go to USA they stay 6months. After that they now flying back Home(PHilippines) the Senario in the Airport(San Francisco) they left by the plane & they try to book another flight the airline teller said that the available flight is only to Taipei only there is no flight to Philipines & the teller said that they not require to stay longer in taipei because they do not have a visa there , so they do not have a choose so that they stay in USA or extend 1week  but they do not apply for extention, only 6 months are they require in US ..my father & my mother choose to stay or extend because they acompanied by my Lola a 85years old so they cannot stay in the airport a longer time also my parents is a senior citizine . but after 1 week they get a rebook ticket ,the immagration  in San francisco they do not stub there passport or never question. Now there planning back again to US including my Lola a 85years to Escort back in US.

My question is. Is there be a possibility they will block my Father &Mother B2 mulitple visa in the airport because they extend there last trip.??thank & advance for those who answer my question😊

Yes, and that possibility is very high. They voided their visas by overstaying previous time so effectively they do not have them anymore.

Then their visas are void. Even 1 day of overstay makes them void. They will need to apply for a new visa to visit.

However, given their extended stay in the US last time, I suggest not applying for it until at least a year has passed.

Never book a flight so close to the expiration date.

What immigration in the airport? You don't go through immigration on the way out in the US. They use an automatized system (APIS) to know when somebody leaves automatically, but there is nobody from immigration that looks at your passport or stamps it ever.

How will they know? Because they overstayed, which automatically makes it voided.

I am not sure what your question is. Everyone is free to depart, there is immigration check during departure so there wasn't anyone to question them. Beside - what would be the point if they were leaving ?
