Yay, got our passports with the visas.

Our timeline:

Noa 1: Sept 20, 2017
Noa 2: March 20, 2018
Medical Exam: May 7, 2018
Interview: May 14, 2018
Visa Issued: May 16, 2018
Visa On Hand: May 26, 2018

PS. It should have been sooner,  however,  I had to render 30 days prior to my resignation from my company. Good thing cos for me, I was able to get a Certificate of Employment which I can use when I'll apply for work. (Company is US Based)

Good luck to those who are still waiting. We all really need PATIENCE for this waiting game.

Just curious, you haven't received an RFE or any kind of update at all?

Did you try contacting your state senator or congressman/woman to look into it?

I'm a november filer but just hopped into this thread because I was curious if there are people that still didn't even get an RFE or approval by now. Thanks.

I'm  happy for you, you'll soon will have NOA2 finally. How many inquiries you did?We did one and they apologize for the delay and will send a response when they will be making every effort to adjudicate our case in the most efficient manner.

Thanks for the information! I wish you luck with the process, it's not right that you've had to wait this long!!!

Of you haven't contacted your senator or congressman yet, I would consider it. Everyone I've heard of that has done that has received an answer within a few days as long as their inquiry  date was passed, which yours has! Good luck to you!

Hey I’m just curious about how did you know when to have the medical exam done? I noticed that it was done several days before the NOA2?

Hi, medical was done like 48 days after the NOA2. It should have been sooner. We were able to schedule the medical exam when we had the interview appt and paid the visa fee.

Does anyone knows the when's the longest someone has to wait for the NOA2?

Like has it gone over 365 days before, for example.

I mean, at 267 days of hearing nothing, it's just unsurprising anymore if they do exceed 365 days.
