I was checking yesterday frequently to see the same status.  Then around 2am I checked and found that it is approved, 'new card is being produced'.

My rfe was received on July 18 and now approved on 30th. I don't know what worked.

I really wish good luck that things move for everyone.

Hugs,

Rajesh

Yes, finally 🙂! Time to start researching what’s needed for the citizenship. I hope you get good news soon.

Can anyone tell me that after RFE response has been sent and USCIS received them then what is the time frame in which they have to make a decision? is it 60-90 days or no time frame at all?

Mine still sitting somewhere in Nebraska for 45 days as of this date. Lucky are those who got approvals fast. Anyways, still waiting for the good news so I can send my N400 as soon as I get the card.

Congratulations to those who got approved! As for those who are still patiently waiting for approvals like me, good luck to us! I’m pretty sure we will get ours soon!

I’m California. Submitted ROC last March, and they had me do the biometrics last May. Submitted my RFE response 2 weeks ago, and they are having me do biometrics again in 2 weeks. Weird.
