Hey everyone,

in order to track the case received - case number assigned status better, shall we start a list? It would be awesome for everyone to see when case numbers assigned for which dates.

If anyone of you has a suggestion how to do this (I am literally IT illiterate)...?

My NVC receive date is Feb 22nd - no Case Nr yet - Pivot case.

That's actually a great idea!

I put together a spreadsheet, using a format similar to the one @dwheels76 uses for the interview tracking.

So guys, if you'd like for us to track case numbers assignments a bit easier, can you please fill out this form and check out this spreadsheet!

I don't think I can pin posts. Do you think I should create a new topic all together?

Oh you got some good answers! For a case number, it could be any day now, but likely a week or two (maybe more, they're really slow). However, you can call them as often as you want and then they will let you know when you have a case number. And they will tell you the number, which will make everything go much smoother.

And interview depends on how the rest goes. You still have to send in all your documents to the NVC and pay the fees (which you can't do until you get the case number).

So, just more waiting. You're already a step ahead of me!

Our 8 weeks were yesterday still don’t have case number. Operator said they have too many cases, and some mysterious people work overtime including Saturdays. Hard to believe, right?) anyway no case number.
