From what I know, you need to have the visa interview confirmation in hands in order to schedule the medical. At least the physician in Belo Horizonte Will only schedule me in after I already have the interview scheduled. And I believe the physicians here all do the same.

Maybe you should call the doctor you plan on going to and personally ask just to be sure.

Side note here, NVC sends an approval to the USC, then almost at the same time, send another notification that the approval notice is being sent to the local embassy in this case Rio.

1- NVC sends your petition electronically to Rio

2- Rio receives it and send an email to USC and Beneficiary with the instructions to medial/interview etc.....

There are few cases where the email form Rio Embassy doesnt come thru and on this case you will use your RDJ number to pay all the required fees, schedule the interview and medical.

Read this post I attached the email: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/679799-interview-cancelled-with-no-reasoning/?tab=comments#comment-9301726

This is all that I have for Ukraine. It's not much. Maybe when you get a P3 from your Embassy you'll share a copy with me so I have additional information to share with others. Thanks

Read the "Fiancé Visa Information Packet" area and download those.

https://ua.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/

Also, the note at the right says -

If your immigrant, diversity, or fiancée visa appointment is scheduled at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine you must visit http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ or call the Visa Information and Appointment Service at 38 044 383 8066 to register for the passport delivery. The U.S. Embassy WILL NOT be able to process your visa application until you make a selection of a TMM-Express destination where the visa can be delivered. Please make sure that you register BEFORE you come for your scheduled visa interview.

Your welcome. It's nice to hear "Thank you" when one has gone out of their way to help. Most don't take the time and appreciate that someone just saved them a ton of time with information they would never have found on their own. Again, thank you for saying thank you.

All the best and smooth sailing.

@Greenbaum well I know that I have definitely sung your praises and the appreciation for your knowledge, insight and help is AMAZING!!!

I actually have a question for you, still waiting on NOA2, and my fiancé and I are seriously thinking to have our case transferred from Abu Dhabi UAE, to Islamabad Pakistan.... I believe we need to make this request for transfer once at NVC stage...I haven’t found like a transfer case forum, unless I’m blind and not seeing it😅😅😅😅😅

Maybe it has something to do with Trump saying he was gonna shut down the government for his wall on Sunday hahha! Just kidding.... it might not be for that reason but it is odd!
