I think you should have received your EAD by now. I received my card 1 week after approval. I don't think it's supposed to take over 2 months. Have you tried calling USCIS?

OP says the EAD was already approved in November. It shouldn't take that long to receive the card after approval.

Yes I realized...  Edited my post accordingly

YMMV

@MariekeH Yeah been calling them since the day i received the approval notice then the customer service says kindly wait for 60 days then id tried after 60 days she says thats just wait for 15-30 days 😢 She gave me a reference number to follow up next time. But it really maked me sad if this problem only exist in me. And i was thinking it really varies state to state? I cannot change my last name to on my ssn card because of this and even getting Mississippi id card. 🙁

@karice good for you karice. May i know which state you were in? I’m in South so I’m curious of the processing here in Mississippi. We checked the timeline of the USCIS  Louisiana and it says they are currently working the December 2016 AOS

I was processed in Portland, Maine.

That's the standard answer you get from the customer service representatives. They always told me to just wait a bit longer. Ask to be transferred to a tier 2 officer who actually has access to this kind of information. I have never heard of an EAD taking more than 2 months to be delivered after approval; usually things move very fast after approval.

Try to get the USPS tracking info the EAD was sent in
