I can't track my i485 everything else i can see. On the uscis site it shows the date March 26th but blank when i open it, and if I track without signing in I get the validation error. However, the email update says March 19th so i don't really know I'm just gonna leave it be for now

What is on your March 26? I’m just confused now

Last week when I tried tracking case status on uscis.gov I got the error message so I signed in to check and noticed that the date on the i485 changed from January to March 26th, I tried opening it to see what the change was and it came up blank and has been ever since. This morning when I got the email update it said they last took action on my case on March 19th.

Did your i485 status change after biometrics fees received?

(On both Uscis platforms I mean)

No, nothing has changed online, either i485 nor EAD.

I guess you have to wait for the mail to arrive for the clarification

Well That's if a mail was even sent out. They wouldn't even transfer me to teir 2 said due to high call volume they're not taking any more calls and that someone would call me bk or I should try again tomorrow one rep transferred me but the wait time was 120 mins long i eventually gave up and hung up and if course the persons I spoke to had the same error message as me so they were of no help. I'm not worried I'm just taking it as something good is coming my way😁 regardless of what it is at least I know that my case is being looked at and not just sitting in a pile.

I'm still getting the "User-Defined Error" message and when clicking on the case it comes up as blank.  Both I-131 and I-765 still show the same message as before.  However the "Last Updated" date has changed to 03/27/2018 for her I-485.  We have yet to receive any form of physical mail or e-mail, and all status checks online show nothing.  The Case Status Online account comes up blank, and the USCIS account login page shows last update when received... Really confused....

Got my interview notice in the mail on Saturday! Interview is for April 30 in Des Moines, IA.
