hi! goodluck on your interview. btw i saw on your timeline that you did check your case online however its giving you an error and you called uscis to check. It is the same for us. we cant view our case online its almost a week now. do you think we should call uscis also?

Received this i-797 approval today. And just got a notification saying that my green card has been mailed today. Super relieved.

Thank you! Yes, I definitely think you should call and tell them what's up. This is a known issue and they have no fix for it right now. But... The rep can connect you to a tech support person who has the tools to see what's going on with your case. Immigration Officers don't seem to have the same tool.

It seems I can no longer check my case status online the date on the i485 did change to the 26th March but when I try to check I get an error message but the ead  date didn't change and works fine when i click on it. Maybe it's for the best so I can keep my sanity dwl

This is not going to be a straight forward process.. Keep getting contradicting updates.

When did you do your biometrics? 

I received the same email couple of days ago and it cited the date that I did my biometrics as the last time they took action.

This is not going to be a straight forward process.. Keep getting contradicting updates. 

Yes I did too Monday, some people say it is sent on the 75th day, not sure if it was the case for yall

01/08/2018: Priority Date

01/19/2018: Checks cashed

01/22/2018: 3 NOA's received in Mail (I-130, I-485 and I-765)

02/09/201: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter scheduled for 02/22

02/10/2018: Email notification of RFIE :(

02/12/2018: Early walk-in for Biometrics, successful

02/16/2018: RFIE received for birth certificate and translation, sent back the same day

02/20/2018: RFIE response delivered, sent via Fedex

02/23/2018: Case status updated to RFIE response received

03/05/2018: Courtesy letter for I-693, medical exam received, letter dated Feb 28th

03/08/2018: AP application delivered by Fedex

03/19/2018: NOA for AP received in the mailbox

05/03/2018: AP ONLY approved (Approved in 56 days)

05/11/2018: AP received in Mail

05/21/2018: Email received,EAD card in production (Day 133)

05/22/2018: Interview scheduled

05/25/2018: EAD approval letter received in Mail

05/29/2018: EAD card and letter for interview (Jun.26th) both received in Mail, Woot woot :)

06/26/2018: Interview completed, now waiting for the magical email/letter...

10/30/2018: Went to Infopass, officer has not made a decision yet, an email was sent to him tell him I came to inquire

03/26/2019: Moved so updated our address online with USCIS

04/16/2019: I-130 petition approved

04/20/2019: approval notice received in the mail

04/22/2019: received notification of RFE for AOS I-485

06/01/2019: RFE finally received after being lost in the mail, asking for a new medical exam

06/06/2019: Response to RFE sent, received the next day 06/07/2019

06/17/2019: Received notification of another RFE, 3rd time will be the charm hopefully

06/22/2019: RFE received for new medical

07/02/2019: Went to doctor for new medical

07/11/2019: I-485 approved without new medical exam

07/18/2019: Green Card received in mail

My aos stills on validation error when checking online and even on app. It’s been 5days now. But my ap and ead were fine. Should i be bothered now?

That's the same with mine. When I check my case status via the website (not logged in), I get a "user-defined error" message. When I check it while logged in, it shows me the date it was last updated but the status is blank. I'd call them if I were you. A tech support rep will be able to tell you the most recent update. If you get transferred to an immigration officer and not a tech support rep, they'll just tell you your case is in process. I talked to 2 IOs and they both said I wasn't going to get anything, but the tech support guy said I was sent an interview request.... and he was right.

I did my bio on 02/23, and they said they last took action on my case on March 1st.

I've been having the same issue since February. It's a system glitch that they can't fix, so the only way to find out the status of your case is to call and ask to be transferred to a tech support rep.

HOw many days of error messages you’ve had before you made a call?

As soon as I noticed it. I got a notification from the app saying my case status was updated, but when I went to check, it gave me the error. I called right away and was transferred to a tech support rep who told me this is a known issue and they are still working on a fix. For some people, it gets fixed over time but for some, it never gets fixed. So yeah, only way to find out your case status now is to call and tell em about the issue. Ask for a tech support rep because Immigration Officers are rude and will only tell you the same BS tier 1 officers say.

Ok thank you. I never got any notification yet but im worried coz I can’t view my aos since Sunday
