Awww. I’m sorry. Hang in there. My fielf office has been back logged. Im expected at least 9 more months from now for my gc :)

I hear EAD and AP are being processed separately. So they might not come so soon either

hmmm yea  they are .. but if there is a hold on your i485 there will be an automatic hold on those too. so its a good news that your AOS will be ready for interview soon.. which means its a green light for your combo card to be in the mail soon. if you ask me, i will say 1month max.

hang in there.

I am sending my rfe response next week and i hope things will start moving after that, hopefully.

Certified with the AOS and copies for the other two.  They are 3 separate application forms and need separate documentation for each.  That is why you need to submit the G-1145 for each if you want to be electronically notified for each.

I attached one form and got notification for all 4 forms. I put it on top of the pile.

Can anyone confirm that the fees are $1225 for the AOS, EAD, AP and biometric fees? Going to correct our bank 's check tomorrow morning.

We also wrote the check to '' U.S. Department of Homeland Security'' and they sent it back with a stamp right on top that says '' U.S. Department of Homeland Security  Citizenship and Immigration Services'' so which one is right?
