Don't worry. The same thing happen to my husband. Andrews didn't send his medical records to the embassy before our interview, but once they received it like a week later his visa was printed and ready for pick up. Andrews is the worst by the way.

Said I had to wait 60 days

 

I sent inquiry to Senator (11/7) and just got a form to fill out today.  Not sure if I should send it or wait until 11/30 - that will be the 60 day timeframe.  I am feeling so disappointed in the amount of time they are taking to respond to my RFE.

OMGGGGG!!!!! Your case has still not been approved? I can't even imagine what you're going through! Please call your ombudsman/congressman(woman)

same happened for me I was approved in 9 August by USCIS and my case was sent to NVC in 31 August , NVC sent me the welcome letter in 28 september ,, it was longer than ever ..

My I-130 was approved on our second interview on December 14th, 2018. The first interview was on November 6th, 2018. Interview officer told me we had to come back because she didn't see that I was on Removal Proceedings in the first time.  She interviewed us separately.  Mine took 90 minutes, My wife's took 50 minutes.
