I just did, they said they didn't receive my case, i was able to speak with a USCIS tier 2 officer who told me my case was just shipped today at 11AM to the NVC and it should arrive in 3 to 5 days....  I don't know what to believe anymore....

Im calling NVC. Last week USCIS told me they shipped my case on Jan 8th and Im trying to communicate with NVC.

5/27/2017: I-129F sent to USCIS

5/30/2017: Received by USCIS

6/8/2017: Received our NOA1 hard copy via mail; NOA1 Hard Copy Receipt Date: 5/30/2017

THEY RECEIVED MY CASE AND GAVE ME THE NUMBER. I KEPT CALLING THEM AND THE CALL WENT TROUGH. THE CEAC TRACKER SAYS AT NVC.

I got through earlier in the morning when they opened 3 times one hour apart each and they said their systems were down every time but that they would answer any other questions I had. I told him I just wanted to know my case number and he said oh that’s the one thing I can’t answer because the systems are down. I haven’t called back since. My guess is their systems are still down if you’re getting that recording to call later.

Ours was received by the consulate on the 16th (today) as well.

 

I see on your timeline that you also received packet 3 today. Is it an email? From whom? What is in it?
