Thank you so much everyone, I'm around since I have a long way to go with NVC and embassy still and I'll be helping with anything i can. We will see the rest of the approvals hopefully soon enough

➺ 01/07/17 Got married in Cozumel

➺ 02/04/17 Petition mailed 

➺ 02/08/17 Case Assigned to USCIS Nebraska, sigh. 

➺ 02/13/17 We got our NOA1! PD: February 8th 

➺ 12/15/17 NOA2 finally! after 10 1/2 months. 

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.

I got approved :jest::jest: My PD was April 4th 2017, Still my online Status " Case Was Received"

But our Attorney received our Approval Letter By Mail on 22nd december 2017. :DBest Christmas Gift ever.

268 days and counting.

Haven't checked our mail since Wednesday since we went to our cabin for Christmas.

 

Oh well, time will tell.

They should be open and working as normally on 26-29 

Although things will be very slow I think as lot's of people take holidays the whole week to use vacation time etc so there will be less workers working 

 

Let's hope for some good news next week thou , I can use it lol

PD was Aug. 28th and got approved Nov. 22nd, that's less than 3 months surprisingly.

I-I30 Approved:               November 22nd 2017

 

NVC Received:                December 9th 2017

Pay AOS Bill:                   December 12th 2017

Pay IV Bill:                       December 14th 2017

Send AOS Package:       December 15th 2017

Completed DS-260:        December 16th 2017

 

Scan Date:                      December 19th 2017

Checklist:                        February 2nd 2018  ( NVC requested for the National Populace Birth Certificate )

 

2nd Scan Date:              February 6th 2018

CC Date:                          March 17th 2018

 

Interview Date:              May 8th 2018

 

Interview Result:           APPROVED !!!
