Hey guys for the "Supporting evidence of relationship" for the IV packet; we've got pictures, paypal history, old lease, flight tickets, gifts sent to me. Is that enough? What has everyone else included?

Thanks!

We didn't send any supporting evidence of relationship for the IV packet, and it wasn't an issue. So i think if you want to send those things, it'll probably be more than enough.

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

Ok perfect. Thanks!

Not sure why my lawyer asked for that. Maybe to be on the safer side.

As far as I know, you don't send the original police certificate, because you will need to bring it with you to the interview. Unless you plan to obtain a new one. But it's only copies

Thanks, coz this wait makes you start second guessing esp when someone answers a question they aren't sure about. i sent a copy still waiting.

Yes it is a waiver. And we knew he needed it because he entered without inspection and stayed in the US for more than 1 year. Here is a link with more helpful info for you: https://tingenwilliams.com/2015/do-i-need-an-i-601a-provisional-waiver/2378

Oh okay thanks a lot

My AOS fee just disappeared, but does not say N/A. It also says at NVC.

Does this mean CC?

Congrats. It's a CC !! Make sure to call NVC and get confirmation.

Hi all, just sent my NVC package out yesterday with 3-day shipping. So how do I track things now? I've been trying to understand the thread, and it looks like there is a 'received date', so I have to call and find out? I also saw people somehow tracking other cases to know what date NVC is processing, but I'm unclear and where/how to do that. Then, there is a case complete (CC) date? Then, a scan date? Can anyone help make sense of it all or direct me where on VJ this is explained? Thanks!

i-130 sent in December before fee change- around 12.22.16

1.3.17: Processing date for i-130.

9.27.17: Rec'd e-mail that i-130 approved!

10.5.17: Case sent to dept. of state for processing.

10.11.17: NVC rec'd case.

10.20.17: Rec'd case number and invoice ID number from NVC over the phone.

10.21.17: Filled out choice of address and agent.

10.24.17: AOS bill opened and paid

10.31: IV bill opened and paid (called 10.26 to ask them to process AOS bill and DS-261)

11.1: Bank processed IV Bill

11.3 DS-260 form filled out online

11.8 NVC package sent!

11.13: NVC package arrives at NVC

11.14: Scan date!

11.16: Sent expedite request to NVC

11.28: Rec'd e-mail from NVC that package was sent to consulate. CEAC tracker states: in transit. Case Complete at NVC
12.11 Rec'd e-mail from consulate that package arrived, together with Pkt 3 instructions.
1.10 Interview apt letter rec'd via e-mail! (scheduled medical appointment)
1.25 Interview in the morning. Was told approved on the spot and visa should arrive in the mail within ten days! Yay!
