My husband passed away yesterday, I submitted an emergency request to cover the 751 to a waiver application. Very tough times.

Yes, it is heartbreaking, I have been with him for 21 years. Defense of Marriage Act and Prop 8 put us in this predicament of my husband not being able to see me become a citizen due to his age and health. Well, I did what I could, and I will try to stay strong
