Nothing. You can't  apply for her tourist visa.

She applies alone and the decision will be based on her life situation.

Hello

I am a Us citizen and my husband is green card holder. I would like to apply for my sister in law just for visiting to my baby. She is 2 month old.

is there possibility i can apply for her or no

please i need urgent help

thank you

So you would like to apply for your sister to get a B2 tourist visa to come here to the USA?

There is no sponsoring or applying for a family member to come here under a B2 tourist visa, they would have to apply under their own merits. So she would have to apply for a tourist visa on her own. But luckily the fee for a tourist visa is $200+ so there is no harm in trying. What does your sister do for an occupation, does she own any property, and what country is this?

No. You send nothing.

She needs tourist visa B2 if it's only for a short visit.

Just tell her to Google the page of US embassy in her country...

Okay so I'm getting married next week and I'm already preparing my papers. My fiance and I living together in my place that I rented before I invited her to live with me. So I don't know how to prove we live together (any ideas?)

Anyways, I was thinking of making her a co-owner of my car. What that work as a proof of course ownership of a property? It is for real but due to time restrains I find it difficult to to prove it's bona fide.

That's what we're are going to do:

1) joint car ownership.

2 joint bank account

3) pix of marriage (small one) and me putting the ring on :)

Any help is appreciated!!

Thank you so much

this is really helpful

First of all you don't apply for her.  She must apply entirely on her own in her home country.

If the plan is for her to come to babysit while you go back to work this won't be possible on a tourist visa.
