10/16/2017.......... ROC package mailed

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

10/19/2017.......... I-797 NOA date

10/30/2017.......... Notice received in mail

10/30/2017.......... Check cashed

11/02/2017.......... Conditional GC expired

11/22/2017.......... Biometrics completed

OP ---- how long is your mother planning to stay in the US?  Certainly she had a return date in mind you were aware of when you were booking the first ticket.

Yes  she will be returning back to DR in march I'm planning to get the return ticket before January 2nd the date that she is flying to USA so she can presenting as proof of she is going back home on march.

Yes I forgot again. And you don't have to answer my question again since it's plenty members on the site to answer my questions and doubts  over and over again.
