It's the cheapest part of the whole process - no fees are due at the interview. Assuming all goes well, there's a $220 immigrant fee to be paid online after you receive the visa.

So they will interview her and if all is well I will be notified of a fee to pay before she can pick up her traveling passport and sealed envelope for customs

After she receives her visa, go to this site: https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/how-pay-uscis-immigrant-fee

Click "Pay the immigration fee" on the right side of the page.  Follow the instructions.  You will need her A Number which is on the visa.

Usually 2 - $300.  You will pay two fees to the National Visa Center before she is scheduled for the visa.  Have you already paid those fees?  What is the status of your case now?

She has a interview day already set she has to do her exam and shots before she goes in for her interview and I did not know if there are any fees to pay at the interview before she is cleared to travel and if there are any other fees and cost

She should be able to tell you how much the clinic is asking for, or you could call the clinic yourself.

No cost for visa as this was already paid to NVC prior to appointment being scheduled. 

Green card fee (USCIS fee) is $220 due AFTER visa approval and preferably prior to entering USA

My husband had his medical exam at Holy Trinity back in January. It cost about 1,500 cedis. His cost was a little lower than normal because he already had some of the required vaccines.

Thank you I called AKAI Clinic and the doctor there told me 15 cedis for 6 passport style photos 1,030 Ghana cedis lab and 890 cedis for vaccination  around 489.us dollars and walk in
