October 2017 AOS filers (merged)

Just got my approval notices for my EAD and AP today (dec. 26)!!! Notice date on the NOA2 were both Dec. 20.

 

My Informed delivery says a package from USCIS Lee Summit will arrive on the 29th (so approx 1 week from approval date).

 

What a wonderful post-Christmas gift! Hope everyone also gets theirs soon!! :D

January 25, 2021 - ROC application received

January 22, 2022 - Case transferred

January 16, 2022 - Naturalization application received

April 7, 2023 - ROC and Naturalization Interview

April 20, 2023 - Oath Ceremony scheduled

USPS can't verify your identity in your mother in laws address because your bills maybe linked to your home address not your inlaws. 

Do you know how it's related?? like which bills have to match to the address? My husband's driver's license has mom's address and he couldn't verify either. So I was curios which reference address they take

im not 100% too sure which one. I think they are cross-checked the same way your credit rating is validated.  My best guess are utility bills and bank accounts linked to that address

11/29/2017: Biometrics Appointment

12/21/2017: EAD/AP Approval in 56 Days

12/18/2018: Interview Day | Approved on the Spot

So you’re having problems bc you don’t have any official documents that has your name with your inlaws address right? I’m having them sent to my address and just took a copy of our lease agreement and it wasn’t a problem.

I feel your pain. Nothing yet for me either, hopefully there will be something by the end of this week for us!

Hi everybody, very good news for me; here my data:

 

filing date: 10/8/2017(done)

NOA:10/26/2017

bio Appt: 11/06/2017 (done)

NOA2: 12/26/2017 (attorney’s mail box)

Interview appt: 1/23/2018.

 

 

then, just waiting to get interview, so nervous 😬, I hope this helps to someone to still waiting with faith.

Since I still can’t check my case status online I decided to call USCIS and basically I just have to wait 30-45 more days to get a notification regarding my EAD and AP. So frustrating 😢

 

P.D. They received my packets on Oct.30th and I already went to my biometrics almost a month ago.

My waiting time for ead was long as 64 days, keep calm everybody knows it’s hard to waiting for.
