Link  above Goes Indept on who clicks yes for 245 i , I  think that's for person admitted on an immigrant visa & violation of their status from other visas.

Yes you still need to place a "x" under which Family -Based category you fall under .

For me my category would be under Family - Based Number 3; Person admitted  K1/ Fiancé Visa ( Nonimmigrant )

tnx

I just read this question posted by someone else but I don't really have an answer so I thought I might ask here.

Did you guys leave blank spaces on things not applicable to you, for example family members immigrating with you or anything like that.

Or did you put N/A everywhere?

I'm kinda freaking out because I just sent my application in yesterday and I left everything blank.

I left mines blank if not applicable, & placed None as instructioned which I think were one or two of them.

But for my K1 application my husband said he left them blank once not applicable  & we were still approved.

Hopefully it won’t be a problem.

Sam just to let you know I got my biometrics letter today , my appointment is on 6th of November 😚 hope you have a good weekend !

Yaz, great. I also got mine yesterday and scheduled for Nov 7th. The weird thing is many other people got their appointment on the same day and they had sent their documents much later than we did, lol

Yeah I noticed that too! So weird , doesn't seem to be any logical processing order that makes sense when it comes to USCIS 😂 I will drop you a message after my appointment and let you know how it goes!!
