rfe RFE for not signing the "How we met letter"?

My Fiancee and I sent the I-129F packet with everything requested, the only thing that did not have a date or a formal layout was the "Declaration of how we met" letter, it stated how we met and how our relationship started when she came to my country, it wasn't signed or anything, was that necessary? will I receive and RFE for not signing that paper? We didn't sign it because it didn't say anywhere that this has to be and official document, we signed the cover letter and letter of intent though.

I do not believe it needs to be signed. I did not sign mine and did not get THE.

Well, I also just realized we forgot to check the box where it asks if the petitioner is "Hispanic or Latino".. I'm so bummed out right now.

That can certainly lead to an RFE. Dont stress over it too much. Time will tell, and it's an easy fix. Good Luck!

There is no "How we met letter" requirement.  There is a section for you to explain very simply and briefly of when and how you met.  The parties do not need to sign it.  Typically it should be a few short sentences of the date you met and under what circumstances.  If you met through an online dating app and did not send in the TOS of the website you could receive an RFE for that.  No point in stressing or worrying now.  See what happens.  Try to relax and be patient as much as possible.
