Hi dear VJ Folks,

I have been so busy lately getting ready for the big jump from Oz to the USA that I haven't really had a chance to come in here and say hello or read how people are going or even to say thank you...so....

A HEART FELT THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU :luv: who have offered support, shared your lives and experiences, cracked a joke or vented or asked dumb questions (that I wanted to know the answer of too!!) and got hammered for it! :lol: For those who moderate this website and keep it ticking over like a well oiled machine...thank you. What an amazing and diverse virtual community. We are very lucky to have it!

Tomorrow I fly out and the next time I come on here it will be from the USA having started my big adventure just like so many of you. :star:

For those of you still waiting hang in there....it's all so so worth it! Wishing you a speedy journey to your loved ones! :)

04/02/07: I contacted the "embassy" to find out status of case and set up pick up date

05/10/07: Interview scheduled for 7:30AM... Visa Approved!!!!!!!!

05/14/07: Picks up passport/visa and brown sealed envelope

05/24/07: Carta Blanca received and bought plane ticket

06/04/07: Entry into the US... together again!!!!!!!
