I don't understand why they won't allow you. Tell them it is a federal document that got accidentally delivered there. Ask them to forward the mail to you and you will cover the cost. I wouldn't let that slide, what they are planning on doing with that document? Just let it sit in the mailbox? USCIS won't do anything now because it was delivered.

They will return the mail, I do have forward mail requested on the address but I don’t think USCIS mail is forwarded, it’s returned. I don’t know how USCIS could screw this up.

Sometimes you have to call them up and ask them to tell you what a address they have on file. I'm sorry but you have to wait until it is returned to USCIS and then take an action. I hope they return your mail and you can even tell them it needs to be returned because it is a felony to hold someone's mail.

Yes, official government mail is not forwarded by the postal service. Sounds like you'll have to file a I-90 to get a new card. Since USCIS made the error, you won't have to pay any fee.

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

Good news, the building let me get in the mailbox and I picked up the GC. Whooosh. Wut a ride this has been. Good luck to all who are awaiting their GC. It’s been a stressful 18 months.

This is my first post here and I just wanted to share my experience

I went in for my N400 interview today with I-751 pending

my wife went with me just Incase they needed us for the ROC even though the interview notice didn’t mention her coming

the IO asked if she is here with me and asked to bring her in for ROC interview because he cannot approve the N400 with I-751 still pending

asked us a some questions and then he approved the case and then asked her to go wait outside

and then we did the N400 interview

really simple and straight forward

6 civic questions and he asked me to read one of the questions and write the answer

and then a bunch of yes/no questions

after that he told me everything looks good and congratulations 😊 and that i should receive a letter with the information about the oath ceremony

i don’t think N400 delayed my process

i have been stressing so much about the process

everyone just be patient and this trip will finish soon

I applied for N400 September 22 this year and ROC August 27 2017

I-751

WAC17331*****

@Mohammadhisoka First, Congrats!!!!!That is a very fast process!

I also applied around the same time: my N400 on September 24 this year and  I751 on August 24, 2017, nothing happened really much besides bio-metrics done so far.

What location you applied?

Congratulations 🎉. How did you fill out the part that asked for your trips outside the US the last five years ? Did you only write based on 3 year rule?

I got approved yesterday. I'm a WAC17328XXXXX.

I only got a notification that my card was mailed to me with a USPS tracking number, that's it.

I have submitted the bare minimum proofs and my wife and I, are living in different states (for professional reasons, and my cover letter explained our living condition).

I did not get any RFE nor got interviewed.

Still chocked about being approved so easily.
