OMG like me I didn't want a long distance relationship at all..I never thought of leaving TheNetherlands ... I've being here almost my whole life...here is home to me...

But that is how our history goes:

PS: My english is not that good... so be patient to read... 😉

I met my now fiancé, through the internet on a dating site march 28th '17. Our profile crossed each other and we matched so well that after we started talking for the first time we never stopped. At first we didn’t realize that we lived this far apart.... and here comes the funny part... He lives in a little town in Indiana with the name of" Elkhart". On my date profile I only had the state where I live, like that..."Zuid Holland".. The dating site translate everything that you read in each other profile... So... I was thinking he lives close to me ( everything is close in The Netherland...LOL) because ELKHART looks like the dutch word "Elk Hart" translation "Every Heart"... And he though I live about two and half hours drive from him, in the south of Holland in Michigan... So after we had chat for few days and want to see each other in person...we discovered that we are Miles and miles way from each other... Holly #### and now???

We couldn't just let go... we follow in love from the first contact...

we didn't  let that stop what we was felling and the distance never stopped us from talking to each other every chance we got. It felt like the distance between us did not exist after all...

I went to visit hem on May last year ('17) and stayed for 10 days. When I was visiting him he made sure that I felt comfortable and wanted by him. It felt like I was home, literally!  He showed me the little town Elkhart- IN where I met some of his friends. But the most beautiful memory of going to see hem was the time that we spend together, just the two of us. It feels like I have known him forever.

And after that we decide to look for options of being together... and that was when the K1 visa came to our life... and we didn't want to wait... he apply for it and send them what we had...

After that we saw each other few times... and of course we collect a lot of evidences of an ongoing relationship...if they ask we have it!

I almost didn't message my fiance back. His message sat in my inbox for at least 2 weeks. Finally I decided the worst that could happen is that nothing would happen.

Now here we are waiting for his Visa. It's amazing what can happen.

Hiya everybody.  Good luck to you all for the coming week.  The "Processing Times" thingy on VisaJourney says July 1st now.  I'm hoping some of us here get some goooood luck in the next few weeks.  I also hope that they clear up with June and May as well!! Lord have mercy this process is so unpredictable.  I can't believe I talked to 3 different USCIS agents yesterday and got the the June 1st spiel from all of them.  Then I couldn't even get to Tier 2 because of the queue?  That was just a practice call as well!! Final result was a possibly call back in 3 to 5 days? Lmao.  Myyyyyy goodness.  Anyways.  Good luck peeps.  Good luck to those who've waited heaps of days.  I've just hit the 6 month mark so I'm giving myself a pat on the back for lasting this long.

Here's my favorite Walrus for you all (or maybe it's a seal.  Correct me please if I'm wrong.)

Hi can you please tell me what scan you are referring to? Thank you

Hello!

People on the forums run scans of the USCIS system to see if there has been any progress on cases. Since you filed in November, it is unlikely too see any movement in November cases (as they have not even finished processing May/June).

In addition to @Jaquelly, if you want to see yourself too you can use case tracker app. You can find it in the app stores.

Hello everyone!

I'm back..
To tell the truth going to see the fiancé and my future home, and coming back made me a little bit sad and more depressed than I was before I went... complicated times this is!

The cats are happily settled.... way too happily to tell the truth!
They did not even check or look at the cats when we were entering through LAX (This changes depending on the state - California doesn't ask for anything from cats)
#Americancatfoodrocks

I can't believe so many people from June and even May friends are still waiting for NOA2...actually no, no ... I can't believe so many people are still waiting for NVC.

I won't be able to give a good weekly yet, as they are not updating properly.
Which I am guessing they are not comfortable with us telling them
"Dude you are so not doing June 1 cases"

So I updated all the months even under the current circumstances,
to give an idea of how much pending case we have left.
-------
Non-updated Noa2s
However, my personal thoughts after seeing how the cases flow and update/non-update works.
I believe June virgins are actually around 1300s, and some July cases will get their approval in the upcoming week without an update.

NVC Wait
Right now average looks like 45+ days, you can also find list we are putting together in my signature if you want to check how that wait is going at the moment. This wait is caused because USCIS is not sending Approved petitions, it is not a wait happening at the NVC level.
-------
I will be watching the situation through this week, to have better updates, and information on how things look.

Monthly situation is as follows;
June       July       Aug      Sept        Oct       Nov        Total
Approved 946 15 13 6   1 981
Virgin (Untouched) 1884 3263 3519 3176 3770 3304 18916
Touched (RFEs,Updates) 853 135 139 129 128 67 1451
Excluded 358 383 404 287 244 205 1881
Total 4041 3796 4075 3598 4142 3577 23229

For months after August,
I would say watch for when they update the website information to July 1.
Because the "as of" they'll give will show us if they will try and speed up their approvals.
We already know October 31 update is not really truth, however they did by then touched all May cases. so the real update for the next one normally should be July 1 as of December 31 (which is not exactly correct either), However I expect if they actually speed up the process they may give us a July 1 as of November 30 update!

PS_I don't put this post in June, or May. Because they have a lot to deal with right now already. And there was no information that can help them at the moment. When upset and angry let's all remember that we are all in the same boat here. Good luck to all of us.

I so recognize what you are saying about feeling sad after visiting your fiancé...what I use to be save and comfortable with... it's not anymore.... It normally takes me 1 one week of two to Realize that I'm back In Holland...

Its like they say " Home is where your heart is"

@Naes I think you are doing a great job to be so helpful with us. Even though is not your month...

I'm so grateful, and I can say in behalf of everyone here on this forum... for your help and for the others that are constantly checking things out for us...

I hope when comes your time, things gonna work as easy as you guys are trying to do for the all of us...

I downloaded the USPS app  (informed delivery) yesterday and registered together with my fiancé, that so the both of us can see when our NOA2 comes through the mail... I hope it works.. 😎

Yes, that's called expedited process.

Some cases of especially military personnel who is about to get deployed can apply for expedite.

Those are expedited cases, every month has them.

There is no random selection happening. It is normal.

I just realized you also asked about excluded- it is mostly rejected cases and decision notices. Cases that will be excluded from pending so we won't be counting them. But I put them anyways to give an idea of how many cases were to start with.

@Naes Since I'm new to this blog, given you scans every month, are there less petitions from October/November than June/July...? I heard that applications tend to be less during the US winter time...

Also, I heard that the last two digits of the receipt # is the order in what it has been received. So if it is WACXXXXXX12 then this app was the 12th app received on that day.. is that true?
